  Teachers and students from our school visited us while making our solar ovens.  We searched for factfiles. Seems we have one restaurant in Poland, Sun Bridge Restaurant, which uses SOLAR OVENS to cook for their clients.

 Tuba GÖREN / HATAY BİLSEM At the beginning of the lesson, the sts made some brainstorming about the words they were going to see. They listed adn created a wordcloud with https://wordart.com/ application.Here is our word art for renewable energy lesson as a warm-up activity. The sts learned more about renewable and non-reneawable energy via the ppt and posters. They talked about what they are and they are not. The students talked about the advantages and disadvantages of renewable energy by categrizing the sentences given them. They worked in a group. They also find the words in the crossword. Furthermore, they played a card game matching the explanation with the types of energy in a row as a follow-up activity.
